Attendees will have the opportunity to share ideas, discuss priorities and contribute directly to shaping the future of food at Kent.<\/p>\n<p>We will be joined by colleagues from Campus Services and Chartwells, providing an opportunity to explore how sustainability can be embedded across food sourcing, menus, waste reduction and the wider campus dining experience.<\/p>\n<p>To help bring the theme to life, a fully plant-based lunch will be provided from a bespoke sustainable menu created by Chartwells.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Date:<\/strong>\u00a0Wednesday 17 June, 13:00\u201315:00<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability Training Room, Telephone Exchange Building (next to Security)<\/p>\n<p>Places are limited due to room capacity. To book your place, please email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:sustainability@kent.ac.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><u>sustainability@kent.ac.uk<\/u><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Come along, share your ideas, and help shape a more sustainable food future for Kent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the Sustainability Forum?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Sustainability Forum is a collaborative group that brings together staff, students, sustainability champions, student societies, and operational teams to help shape and deliver sustainability initiatives across the University of Kent.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike a traditional meeting where information is simply shared, the Forum gives participants the opportunity to directly influence sustainability priorities and projects on campus. Each session focuses on a different theme, bringing together people with diverse perspectives to discuss challenges, generate ideas, and develop practical actions that can be taken forward by the University.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why join the Sustainability Forum?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"customListStyle\">\n<li data-list-item-id=\"eb7bfcd9196a8b66b488dd260547104bd\"><strong>Have a voice:<\/strong>\u00a0Help shape the University&#8217;s sustainability agenda and influence decisions that affect campus life.<\/li>\n<li data-list-item-id=\"e04e62e65f8fc77d01feba25515fbf54c\"><strong>Turn ideas into action:<\/strong>\u00a0Forum discussions lead to real projects and action plans.
