Here&#8217;s what you need to know"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If you&#8217;ve experienced difficult or unexpected circumstances that have affected your studies this academic year, you may be able to apply for End of Year Extenuating Circumstances (ECs).<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">To be considered by the July exam boards, you&#8217;ll need to submit your EC request through KentVision by <strong>17:00hrs on Friday 19 June 2026<\/strong>. Submitting by this deadline gives staff enough time to review your application and supporting evidence before decisions are made.<\/p>\n<h4>What should you include in your application?<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When completing your request, it&#8217;s important to provide:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>A clear timeline explaining what has happened throughout the academic year.<\/li>\n<li>Details of how these circumstances have affected your academic performance.<\/li>\n<li>Information about each assessment that has been impacted.<\/li>\n<li>An explanation of any assessments you were unable to submit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">You&#8217;ll also need to upload relevant supporting evidence with your application.
