See details of how to nominate below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><b><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Nomination Criteria &#8211; <\/strong><\/span>Postgraduate Researcher\u00a0<\/b><\/h1>\n<p>This prize recognises a postgraduate researcher (PGR) who has made an <strong>exceptional contribution <\/strong>beyond the standard expectations of a PhD<strong> in one of more<\/strong> of the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Significant contribution to knowledge in their discipline<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g. peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, invited talks, development of new methods, theories or datasets, influencing policy\/industry)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contributions to research culture or the academic community<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g. organising seminars, events, mentoring or supporting others, leadership in networks\/societies, contributes to inclusive research environments)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Public engagement and societal impact<\/strong>\u00a0(e.g. Engagement with communities\/schools\/policymakers, public lectures or exhibitions, collaborating with non-academic partners,)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/e\/GXB2YRMcN4\">Nominate a Postgraduate Researcher here<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><b><span data-teams=\"true\"><strong>Nomination Criteria &#8211; <\/strong><\/span>Research Degree Supervisor<\/b><\/h1>\n<div>\n<p>This prize\u00a0recognises\u00a0<b>any member of academic staff at the University of Kent involved in postgraduate research degree supervision\u00a0<\/b>who demonstrate\u00a0<b>exceptional commitment to doctoral supervision<\/b>\u00a0and make a significant positive impact on the development and experience of postgraduate researchers.\u00a0Nominations should provide evidence of excellence\u00a0<b>in one or more<\/b>\u00a0of the following areas:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recruitment and Selection<\/strong> (Evidence of actively promoting doctoral opportunities; fair and inclusive recruitment practices; efforts to broaden participation and encourage applicants from under-represented groups.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Innovative, Supportive and Inspirational Supervision\u00a0<\/strong>(E.g.\u00a0Innovative supervisory approaches; high-quality feedback and mentoring; strong support for students\u2019 research progress and wellbeing.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Building an Outstanding Doctoral Community<\/strong>\u00a0(E.g. Initiatives that foster collaboration, peer support and a strong research culture among doctoral researchers.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Supporting Professional and Career Development<\/strong>\u00a0(E.g. Active support for training, publishing, networking and career development across academic and non-academic pathways.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Promoting Inclusion and Diversity in Supervision<\/strong>\u00a0(E.g.
