Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) is a friendly, informal support scheme where trained students from higher years run regular sessions to help you succeed in your course. PAL sessions give you the chance to ask questions, share study strategies, and build confidence in a relaxed, non-judgemental environment \u2013 led by a student who\u2019s been in your position before.<\/p>\n
This week, students have been discussing how to approach their assignments. This includes developing their understanding of the assessment brief, breaking the task into manageable steps, and making use of planning tools such as the assignment survival kit.<\/p>\n
Next week,\u00a0we\u2019ll\u00a0be hosting a focus group to explore how students could\u00a0benefit\u00a0from PAL and what\u00a0you\u2019d\u00a0like the scheme to look like.
