Every year, the global campaign to end violence against women and girls (VAWG) takes place from <\/span>25 November to 10 December<\/span><\/b>. Starting on the <\/span>UN Day to Eliminate Violence Against Women<\/span><\/b> and ending on the <\/span>UN International Day of Human Rights<\/span><\/b>, this is a vital moment to show your commitment and support.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With a <\/span>37% rise in VAWG over the past five years<\/span><\/b>, there has never been a more important time to act.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We are proud to join forces to raise awareness and take meaningful steps toward ending domestic abuse. Together, we can create safer communities and empower individuals to speak out. If you haven\u2019t already, <\/span>complete and tell your friends about the <\/span><\/b>Consent training on Moodle<\/span><\/b><\/a> \u2013 it only takes 20 minutes but goes a long way in creating a culture of consent at the University of Kent. <\/span><\/p>\n
