The end of the academic year is nearly here, and whether your time in university accommodation has flown by, felt like a whirlwind or become your home away from home, we’d love to hear all about it.
Our Accommodation Summer Survey is now open, and we’re inviting all students living in university accommodation to share their experience from the past year. From first impressions to feedback on your room, facilities and support services, your thoughts really do help shape the student experience for future residents.
As a thank you for taking the time to complete it, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win one of 10 £50 Amazon vouchers!
Why should I complete the survey?
Every response helps us understand what worked well and where we can improve. Your feedback plays an important role in helping us create the best possible accommodation experience on campus for current and future students.
We want to know:
- Your overall accommodation experience, including your room, shared spaces, facilities and amenities
- Any ResLife events you attended and what you thought of them
- Your experience of taking part in Kent Sport activities or events on campus
- Any interactions you had with Campus Security during the year.

How do I get started?
Check your Kent inbox for an email from the Accommodation Team containing your personal survey link. If you can’t find it or have any issues accessing the survey, just email csemarketing@kent.ac.uk and we’ll resend the link so you can get started.
