Advertising your study in the GRC PGR Bulletin: Everything you need to know

The GRC PGR Bulletin is a great way to communicate with your PGR community and to tell your peers all about your research study. It is also a great way to recruit participants!

Want to advertise your study in the GRC PGR Bulletin? Here’s what we need from you:

  • A short description of your research study, including any relevant links and information (no more than 100 words).
  • An appropriate image/flyer to include with the listing (use photo editing software to crop the image to a minimum of 500 x 500 pixels, or preferably larger, save as a medium JPG).
  • An email contact, so potential participants can contact you.
  • If you are sharing a document or survey, ensure access is granted.

If you are running a survey or poll, we would suggest using Microsoft Forms; see Kent’s Microsoft Forms guide for more information and instructions. Microsoft Forms allows you to create and share surveys, polls and quizzes for viewing on a tablet, phone or laptop. You can also choose to control who can fill in the form, make responses anonymous, and limit responders to one submission. You can view results online or export to Excel for in-depth analysis.

To advertise a study, please contact us at kentgrc@kent.ac.uk. We can run an advertisement for your study for a specified period; please let us know when emailing us how long you would like us to run it for.

Any questions? Please contact kentgrc@kent.ac.uk – we’d be happy to help!
