The Kent Sustainability Forum is a collaborative space bringing together staff sustainability champions, student societies, and operational staff to design and deliver impactful sustainability initiatives across our campuses.
The next forum has been scheduled for Wednesday 17 June and is open to all Kent students and staff.
Eash forum session has a different focus, this time we will be talking about sustainable food with a focus on bringing together ideas for the new Sustainable Food Strategy. This strategy will underpin the sustainability of our catering across campus delivered by Chartwells. We will be joined by staff from Campus Services that work directly with Chartwells to support this work.
Meeting Details: Wed 17 June 13:00-15:00
Location: Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability Training Room, Telephone Exchange Building (next to Security)
This is a great opportunity to get your voice heard on something we all engage with at the University – food! In line with the theme, there will be refreshments provided from a bespoke sustainable menu that Chartwells have put together for us.
Numbers are limited for this meeting, due to room capacity, so we are operating a booking system. Please email sustainability@kent.ac.uk if you would like to attend.
