Student Support and Wellbeing are hosting a two day workshop to help you gain familiarity with the main reasons why you may feel stuck in life and how to live a more meaningful life. This is by accepting unwanted experiences and learning how to live a life according to your own values.
Each session will be a mix of technical knowledge to become familiar with the Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT) principles as well as a few experiential exercises.
