The 10,000 Interns Foundation started as a small project to address the lack of Black representation in Investment Management in the City of London. In 2020, they launched the 100 Black Interns programme to offer paid internship opportunities to Black students and graduates. Today, The 10,000 Interns Foundation is a registered UK charity working to ensure that diverse talent meets opportunity so that our society and economy are equitable and fit for future purpose.

“I don’t think I would have had my current job without the internship. I didn’t even know it existed. The internship helped with sector familiarity and skills development for both employability and personal development.” – student who took part in the scheme last year.

For the chance to shine through in a highly competitive market, grab this opportunity with both hands and apply to the Programme to land your dream paid internship for Summer 2025. Interested?
