A lot has been changing lately and the result is that I have not been updated this blog very much.
- After six years, my time at the head of the Physics of Quantum Materials research group (PQM) has come to an end. It was an honour to lead this great group at the start of its journey. I reamin engaged with it and I am sure it will continue to thrive, now in the safe hands of my esteemed colleague, Gunnar Moller.
- I am now the Director of the Quantum Applications Research Centre (QuARC), a multi-disciplinary institute joining 16 academics from 6 research groups across 3 schools (including my collaborator and deputy Director, Carlos Perez Delgado), plus research students.
- The Stephen Gray Lectures continue, but they now have their own dedicated blog.
