The Athena SWAN Working Group are pleased to announce that the keynote speaker for the 2016 Awareness Event in Canterbury, is Professor Averil Macdonald. In June 2015, Averil was awarded an OBE for services to Women in Science and Public Engagement with Science.
The topic of Averil’s talk ‘Ten Top Tips for Success’ will be of interest to all those wanting to know what actions they can take to further their career development.
