September’s Pride Award Winner

September’s Pride Award has been won by Colin Reynolds, Storekeeper, Rutherford Dining Hall.

He was nominated for consistently delivering a high level of customer service to his internal customers. He does this by not only delivering stock but also assisting with putting it away and moving the cages before being asked. The impact this has on the rest of the team is huge, allowing them to spend more time on doing other tasks.

“Colin works tirelessly ensuring that stock is delivered on time so we can provide for the needs of our customers. He is unfailingly cheerful and helpful and one cannot count the number of times he has done more than he is required to. People like Colin are very much the glue that helps hold the company together and, in my opinion, he is more than deserving of the award.”

Mike Sault, Hospitality Assistant, KBS Servery, previous Pride Award winner.
