Prof Glynis Murphy gave an invited keynote address\u00a0 on \u2018Sex and Sexuality: Are We Nearly There Yet?\u2019 \u00a0to the British Psychological Society\u2019s annual Faculty of Intellectual Disabilities conference in Oxford. The keynote formed part of a whole day on sexuality issues for people with intellectual disabilities.<\/p>\n
The day included a second keynote address, this one from Kate Brackley, a young woman with Down Syndrome and a star from TV\u2019s Undateables programme. Her talk was entitled \u2018Undateable? \u2013 Not Me\u2019.<\/p>\n
Also included were workshops on capacity issues, gender identity issues, LGBT support groups and intervention groups for people with ID.<\/p>\n
