We are delighted to announce that this year we have two students studying with us who\u00a0have secured presitigous awards.<\/p>\n
Moffat Louis has been awarded a\u00a0Chevening Scholarship in 2014. \u00a0This is a much respected and admired award which enables overseas students to study in the United Kingdom. \u00a0Talented and young\u00a0professionals are identified with the ultimate goal of building a network of overseas contacts. Moffat is studying for an MSc in Analysis and Intervention in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities at the Tizard Centre.<\/p>\n
Rebecca Monteleone\u00a0has come to study at the Tizard having been awarded a Fulbright Award. \u00a0These are available to American postgraduates wishing to undertake a Master’s or higher research programme in social policy, history, or law at the University of Kent. \u00a0Becca has enrolled on our MA Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities course.<\/p>\n
