In preparation for the University\u2019s 50th anniversary in 2015, Kent has established an additional 100 doctoral scholarships to be awarded annually from 2012.\u00a0 Successful candidates will demonstrate academic excellence and outstanding research potential. Scholarships will be offered at the standard UK Research Councils\u2019 rate (covering home\/EU Fees + \u00a313,590 living allowance [2011-12 rate]). SSPSSR will be awarding a number of these PhD awards for candidates to begin study with us at the start of the 2012-2013 academic year.<\/p>\n
