Dr Beth Breeze,<\/a> Director of the Centre for Philanthropy<\/a>, and colleagues from the University of Chichester and the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, have released a new book \u2018The Fundraising Reader\u2019, which acts a key resource to the fundraising community, including researchers, educators, professionals, and anyone who wishes to better understand this essential yet often overlooked work.<\/p>\n

The Fundraising Reader is a one-stop resource containing 88 essential extracts from key writing on fundraising, and explores topics such as \u2018Is fundraising marketing?\u2019, \u2018Should donors or the community be front and centre in fundraising?\u2019, and \u2018How can fundraisers deal with ethical dilemmas such as \u2018tainted\u2019 donors and money?\u2019. Best practice and future trends are also covered, including the impact of new technologies and responding to demands for greater diversity, inclusion, and equity in fundraising teams.<\/p>\n
