Speakers included Baroness Finlay, Prof Murphy, Jenny Talbot (from Prison Reform Trust),\u00a0Jimmy Kerrigan (Kent LD commissioner), Dr\u00a0Neil Sinclair (consultant clinical psychologist) and Andy Inett (consultant forensic psychologist).
