The workshop aims to bring together Eastern ARC researchers across the social sciences and other relevant disciplines, who are interested in the how gender roles and nature of work have changed in labour markets and within families.<\/p>\n<p>We welcome papers using both quantitative and qualitative methods, but also theoretical papers dealing with issues such as women\u2019s labour market participation patterns, women\u2019s career and leadership roles, men\u2019s involvement within the household, attitudes and expectations regarding gender roles, role of company and national level policies on work-life balance.
