Professor Larry Ray, of the University’s School of Social Policy, Sociology and Social Research (SSPSSR), was interviewed on BBC Radio Kent on Wednesday 24 April on his reaction to the UK Peace Index.<\/p>\n
Professor Ray, author of the book Violence and Society, commented on statistics in the Index highlighting that the UK is becoming a less violent and more peaceful society.
