In his book &#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.routledge.com\/books\/details\/9780415491044\/\" target=\"_blank\">Drugs, Crime and Public Health<\/a>&#8216; he explores how drug policy reflects and reproduces social inequalities. He argues that we need social, not criminal law, solutions to these social problems.
