Kent’s Centre for Philanthropy’s Dr Beth Breeze unveils findings from the Leverhulme study on the personality types of major donor fundraisers.
Speaking at last week’s Guardian panel discussion with Richmond Associates Dr Breeze highlighted some of the statistics from the study, revealing that whether extrovert or introvert, fundraisers had a tendancy to engage in community activity. Other interesting findings were discussed by the panel who were looking at how charities can attract and retain good fundraisers alongside how to support diversity within the profession.
