Dr Beth Breeze has released the results of a study into the perspectives of lower-ranking staff on company giving.
In a news release in Fundraising magazine, Beth outlined the findings of her research. While the corporate philanthropy world has moved on from the days of ‘chairman’s choice’, company staff are still not central to decisions around charity partnerships.
The article, entitled Staff choice in charity partnerships can be ‘tokenistic’, can be found online in Fundraising.
The report ‘Corporate philanthropy on the shop floor’ is released by the Centre for Charitable Giving and Philanthropy.
