FDM Group recently gave a presentation via the University’s Careers and Employability Service on their training and work placement programme. Unlike many graduate employers FDM runs a continuous UK training programme throughout the year so graduates can apply at any time.
If you are a recent graduate or know a graduate who has not obtained long-term employment or a place in postgraduate education FDM is worth considering.
FDM recruits about 900 graduates from the UK annually including a number through its established relationship with the University of Kent. FDM runs two main pathways in Business and Information Technology. Candidates do not need specific degree disciplines as FDM provides intensive training for up to 16 weeks to equip successful candidates to work as FDM consultants for a minimum of two years. The clients FDM consultants work for include both private and public sector organisations in the UK and there are also opportunities for placements overseas.
