Four new training courses have been developed by Kent’s Centre for Health Services Studies. The one day courses provide an introduction to the basics of health research.
Aimed at health professionals and researchers looking to increase their knowledge and confidence in dealing with research tools and methods, the format of the day will include short lectures, case studies and practical group work.
Each course runs from 10.00-16.30 and is charged at £200 per individual, all are now open for booking:
23 April Building your research ideas: protocols, PPI, data collection and analysis
30 April An introduction to clinical trials and developing interventions
14 May A gentle introduction to cost-effectiveness analysis in health
22 May A gentle introduction to quantitative statistics and using SPSS
