Peter Taylor-Gooby is chairing the launch of the British Academy report Nudging Citizens towards Localism, on 16 May. He will present the report with Professor Peter John from UCL. The Right Hon Greg Clark MP, Minister of State at DCLG will reply. The report provides the first detailed assessment of behavioural change experiments in local government. It shows that most initiatives achieve only modest changes in areas like recycling, use of public transport or protecting the local environment.
