Graduating students, their families and their friends were invited to join the School at Westgate Hall in the centre of the City of Canterbury. Located near to Canterbury Cathedral, it gave graduates the opportunity to celebrate their day together before their graduation ceremony began at 2.30pm in the afternoon.<\/p>\n
As this year our graduates had an early graduation ceremony, the School provided a selection of Danish pastries, strawberries, sweet treats and drinks to enjoy before our School prize giving event. The graduates also had a fun photo opportunity with our very special School of Physical Sciences Photo Booth, where they could use our comedy props or capture a more formal photograph in front of our School banner.<\/p>\n

At midday, the formal prize ceremony begun. Professor of Chemistry and Forensic Science Michael Went presented our SPS Prize Giving Event, as a wonderful opportunity to recognise and celebrate our SPS graduates and their achievements. Below is a list of the categories and Prize Winners.<\/p>\n
