The 2021 National Student Space Conference will be held virtually on the weekend of 6th & 7th March.\u00a0 It’s the only event of its kind, and a unique opportunity to learn more about Space Physics, Astronomy and Planetary Science.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n There will be talks on many aspects of physics including icy moons and space weathering, solar flares, life on Venus and much much more!<\/span><\/p>\n Despite the pandemic, UKSEDS are determined to preserve the essence of the conference that you know and love. To that end, there will also be talks by scientists and engineers from across the sector, an online careers fair that will allow attendees to engage with a variety of organisations and the opportunity to ask questions, all through our Nebula platform.<\/span><\/p>\n This year, differing to previous years, there will be a keynote speaker on each day. On Saturday,\u00a0 Kathy Lueders, Head of Human Space Exploration at NASA, will be<\/span> speaking about the up-and-coming Artemis programme. Other speakers include <\/span>Timiebi Aganaba-Jeanty from the School for the Future of Innovation in Society, Arizona State University, talking about the future of global space governance.
