Join us on a tour to find out more about the exhibition, hear about the exhibition highlights, and get the answers to any questions you might have about mining in Kent!<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition tells the story of the history of mining in Kent, from\u00a0the early days of discovering the Kent coalfield to the impact of the 1984 Miners\u2019 Strike. Illustrated by original archive material from Special Collections and Archives we explore the main coalfields in the county and\u00a0what life was like for a Kent miner.
