There is a lot to organise, but The Margate School will be the base for our weekly sessions &#8211; the community garden while the weather and light hold, and then into the maker space for the winter.<\/p>\n<p>Having received confirmation that we are officially registered with the organisation, Thanet Pioneers will be the latest Woodcraft Folk group to open in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>The Folk is a good match for TMS &#8211; centred on community, skills development, social and environmental justice, and friendship as its guiding principles.<\/p>\n<p>Before we formally get going in September, we have organised a taster workshop on Sunday 13th August 10am-12pm.
