Our global client base looks to us to provide a range of solutions, including a class-leading Fixed Asset Management suite. Our product range is under continual development and expansion. Using the latest in Microsoft technologies we have recently implemented a selection of exciting new modules whilst continuing to enhance our Java-based offerings.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>The Position<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Full time permanent IT Support Technician \u2013 full training provided. (If the applicant is still studying we could look to part time until studies have completed) Responsibilities: Installation and setup of FMIS software on client systems Regular upgrades of FMIS software for existing clients Technical support and troubleshooting of both client sites and internal systems Liaising with clients and possible travel to client sites Technical testing of our developed in-house software Assisting consultants with data conversions and manipulating data Writing of scripts to correct\/import data. Essential skills: \u2022 Excellent IT skills \u2022 Willing to learn \u2022 A good working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (client and server) \u2022 The ability to troubleshoot computer systems, hardware and software \u2022 Good client communication skills and telephone manner Desirable skills: \u2022 Computer Science or similar degree \u2022 Knowledge of configuring Microsoft SQL Server \u2022 Knowledge of configuring Microsoft IIS \u2022 Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel \u2022 Basic SQL knowledge<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Salary Range<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dependent on ability and experience.
