4 Technology Graduate Schemes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Software Engineering<\/strong>
\n– This is the more technical of the 4 programmes where you will be building applications, developing software and digging into the finer detail of innovative technologies.
\n– You will experience the breadth of software engineering with the opportunity to spend time in both their front end and back end development teams.
\n– You will be paired with other engineers in your team and work closely with your product managers to build software for either customers or colleagues.<\/p>\n

Who is best suited to this role?<\/strong>
\n– 2:2 or above in any degree subject.
\n– We\u2019re keen to see a passion for technology and that you have an aptitude to develop quality code, so it\u2019s not vital you have a degree in computer science.
\n– We\u2019re looking for logical thinkers who are keen to learn and build their skills along with enjoying the challenge of working with something new.

2. Cyber Security<\/strong>
\n– You will develop a broad knowledge of cyber security, achieving this by completing a number of three month placements across a range of security functions from security operations centre to vulnerability management and security testing.
\n– You will have the opportunity to work on incident response, security platforms and security architecture.
\n– You also will contribute to a global cyber defence effort by evaluating, securing systems and responding to incidents.<\/p>\n

Who is best suited to this role?<\/strong>
\n– 2:2 or above in any degree subject.
\n– While it\u2019s not essential you have a degree in computer science or a STEM subject, you must have and be able to demonstrate a keen interest and passion for cyber security.

3. Technology Product Management<\/strong>
\n– This company wants to create great value for their customers and business through data-driven decision making, aligning to strategic goals.
\n– You will be managing a product roadmap as well as defining user stories or requirements for the software engineers to deliver.
\n– As a graduate, you will receive specific training for understanding customer problems, translating them into technology solutions and then into requirements for delivery as well as developing your stakeholder engagement skills.<\/p>\n

\n– 2:2 or above in any degree subject.
\n– While you don\u2019t need a degree in computer science, we\u2019re keen to see your passion for technology.
\n– We\u2019re looking for innovative, entrepreneurial graduates who enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating with other teams. You will need a logical analytical approach to problem solving along with great people and communication skills.

4. Technology Programme Management<\/strong>
\n– You will be right at the heart of the decision making and your goal will be to plan, coordinate and roll-out technology solutions in a safe and sustainable way.
\n– You will work collaboratively with multiple teams across Technology and the wider business to understand and find the best solutions for customers.
\n– You will make sure the company\u2019s deliverables align to their strategic goals, manage risks and challenges, create plans and track progress working with software engineers and other key stakeholders.<\/p>\n

\n– 2:2 or above in any degree subject.
\n– We\u2019re looking for individuals with a strong technical understanding, a drive to create and coordinate a plan and creative problem solvers.
