Graduate Scheme 1: Application Development<\/strong>
\n\u2022 You will be using technology to create cutting-edge business solutions, primarily working with applications that run on Oracle and SQL server databases.
\n\u2022 This company uses advanced technologies such as ASP.NET Core, C# and eID, as well as HTML 5 platforms, Angular, iOS Mobile Development and Android.
\n\u2022 Having access to major suppliers allows this company to field trial their new technologies. That means you could be looking at how new software products work and helping to develop their functionality before anyone else.
\n\u2022 You\u2019ll also be joining their journey towards an entire DevOps culture and practice. Their size has allowed them to get ahead of the curve, to be agile and to take more risks than many larger financial services organisations.
\n\u2022 On this 2 year rotational programme you will be working on the full lifecycle of important, interesting projects that really make an impact for the business.

Graduate Scheme 2:<\/strong> Technical Infrastructure
\n\u2022 As a member of the Technology Infrastructure team, you\u2019ll focus on exploring how emerging technologies can shape the future of the business.
\n\u2022 This team maintains and develops the entire IT infrastructure and use technologies from leading vendors, like Dell EMC, Splunk, Palo Alto and Bloomberg.
\n\u2022 It is a 2 year rotational programme. You\u2019ll be working in teams including data services and operations, information optimisation and integration and time on the Service Desk
\n\u2022 The work has an immediate and tangible impact. Solving tech problems to keep the firm running smoothly
\n\u2022 There are fantastic travel opportunities: last year a grad took a secondment to New York
\n\u2022 You will receive excellent support and training, and you will study for the IOC qualification<\/p>\n

Who is best suited to the Technical Infrastructure scheme?<\/strong>
\n\u2022 You must be studying for an IT, computing or technology related degree
\n\u2022 For this scheme you must have a real interest in infrastructure, networks and technology
\n\u2022 Our client want hands-on fixers who can get stuck in and find immediate solutions
\n\u2022 You must be a well-rounded individual who has a positive approach to new challenges and who enjoys the buzz of collaboration.
