Elmstone Systems are looking for a software engineer to join a well-established software house in East Kent. They provide software solutions to global corporations and the education market.<\/p>\n
As a software engineer, you will help design and develop new features for their existing software and investigate \/ diagnose any customer problems.
\nYour work will involve
\n\u2022 Coding and testing to meet our quality standards
\n\u2022 Analysis and design of new requirements
\n\u2022 Supporting our existing software and product features
\n\u2022 Estimating the effort required to deliver new features and fixes
\n\u2022 Problem solving
\n\u2022 Providing your views as part of our regular team discussions
\nSkill requirements
\n\u2022 Experience coding in JavaScript
\n\u2022 Comfortable with web technologies (CSS, HTML5, RESTful APIs)
\n\u2022 Ability to effectively use source code management
\n\u2022 The ability to share knowledge with team members to improve overall effectiveness
\nAdditional desirable skills
\n\u2022 Experience coding in TypeScript and SQL
\n\u2022 WebGL
\nWhere required, training will be provided<\/p>\n
