You will gain exposure to numerous programming languages, software tools and software lifecycle methodologies, ensuring your time is an engaging, challenging and unique experience.<br \/>\n<strong>What will you be doing?<\/strong><br \/>\nDuring the two years grad development program you will develop the skills of a fully-rounded software engineer, achieved through a combination of formal technical training, career support and challenging work placements.<br \/>\nAs a Graduate in the test systems team, you will be supporting a full range of test solutions, which are delivered for varied uses, including product development, production pass-out and in-service testing. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in the development of Simulators and Field support equipment.<br \/>\nYou will work closely with other teams in a variety of development stages within our test systems on a range of platforms, such as Windows and Linux, utilising C, C++, Java and Python.<br \/>\nYou will be given ownership for project deliverables, including the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.<br \/>\nYou will also collaborate with other functions, make sound business decisions, understand the business and work closely with your team members.
