The Graduate Developer will work closely with the Founders of ReapSource, team and partners to help develop and shape the next version of the product: an innovative goal focused communication and learning application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration<\/strong> \u2013 Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong> following internship period: \u00a325k subject to qualifications &amp; experience + discretionary performance-based bonus.<\/p>\n<p>This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a talented, ambitious graduate programmer who wants to be in a lead developer role while also working within a fun and innovative SaaS start-up environment.<\/p>\n<p>This position requires a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science or related disciplines. Flexible working options available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Design and Develop the web application (front and back-end) working according to Agile (Scrum) methodology<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Work closely with all stakeholders and take a key role in the product development<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Participate in the development of the strategic roadmap in alignment with the business vision and strategy &amp; aligned to market research feedback<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth integration of front end and back end development<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensure all solutions are fully tested, optimised, well documented and deployed timely<\/p>\n<p><strong>.<\/strong> Recommend future technologies to build and develop the product (frameworks etc.)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Take ownership and lead in product development<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support, fix and maintain existing platform \u2013 developed in C#, .Net framework, CSS and JavaScript<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>o Strong educational and commercial experience in Computer Science \/ Engineering<\/p>\n<p>o Strong hands-on development background in Microsoft technologies including MS SQL, ASP.Net Framework, Visual Studio and Azure<\/p>\n<p>o Full-stack experience with C, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API, WCF, JavaScript &amp; HTML5, CSS and other programming languages such as PHP etc.<\/p>\n<p>o Experience of working in an Agile (Scrum) Project Development Environment<\/p>\n<p>o Experience and understanding of design principles in UX and UI will be very desirable<\/p>\n<p>o Experience in building highly scalable and fully mobile optimized solutions &amp; Apps<\/p>\n<p>o Experience creating and implementing a strong testing culture and environment<\/p>\n<p>o Experience with API integrations and cyber security<\/p>\n<p>o Appreciation of responsive design on multiple devices<\/p>\n<p>o Knowledge \/ Experience of Artificial Intelligence will be highly desirable<\/p>\n<p>o Knowledge of either collaboration and \/ or communication and e-learning delivery platforms is desirable<\/p>\n<p>o Excellent communication and people skills with a positive can-do work ethic &amp; attitude<\/p>\n<p>o Motivated software engineer willing to drive deliverables through to completion<\/p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to join an exciting SaaS start-up company.
