Make sure to watch our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kent.cloud.panopto.eu\/Panopto\/Pages\/Viewer.aspx?id=4178e8e0-c9c0-4655-a707-ac48009a7b25\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\">Online Societies Fair<\/a>\u00a0to find out more about the benefits involved.<\/p>\n<p>Joining a society, or better still being on the committee, can enhance your employability skills such as team working, leadership, time management skills and, depending on your role, finance skills, project \/ events management skills, marketing and social media skills. It can make your CV stand out and provide examples of your skills to highlight in interviews and applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Computing related societies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are several societies that may be of specific interest to computing students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Computing Society<\/strong> &#8211; we are still looking for students to join the committees of our Computing society at both the Medway and Canterbury campuses.
