\n– You’ll earn an internationally recognised PGCE qualification and Qualified Teacher Status at the end of your training year.

\n– The subjects that you\u2019ll be trained to teach include Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology or French.<\/p>\n
\n– Two-week summer school to introduce you to the programme and the principles of great teaching.200
\n– Weekly training sessions with your fellow trainees, focusing on a key part of your teaching such as behaviour management or curriculum.
\n– An in-school coach will work with you every week to plan lessons, observe your teaching and offer immediate tailored feedback.
\n– Make a real difference within a school in an area of economic disadvantage
\n– Develop your skills with 500 hours of face-to-face training and mentorship throughout the programme, focusing on both theory and practice.
\n– You could be eligible to receive up to \u00a328,000 in your training year.
\n– Support from a network of education experts, a dedicated tutor and fellow trainees in your school and across the programme.<\/p>\n
\nWith Ark, the training doesn’t stop when you qualify as a teacher. At the end of your training year, they will help you secure a role at your school or at another one in the Ark network. You will then be supported and guided through your first few years of teaching.<\/p>\n
\n– You must have achieved or be on track for a 2:2 in ANY degree subject.
