We recently put a call out on LinkedIn to Computing alumni to help current computing students and we had a great response!
We have a group of alumni from a range of job roles and companies offering to mentor current students.
This is a great opportunity to network with IT professionals and get 1:1 advice on what it is like to work in Technology. The mentoring will initially involve email/ Teams contact to get to know each other, answer any questions, look over your CV and/or LinkedIn account, give advice on career progression and could lead to a visit to the workplace, job shadowing and in the longer term a valuable professional contact.
