Positive message from FDM
As we navigate the environment in these strange and ever evolving times, I would like to share with you some positive messages to students:
- 98% of our consultants are continuing to work
- As you know, recruitment continues and our assessments have now moved to a remote format with lots of positive feedback from candidates
- We are in constant communication with our clients to re-evaluate the skillsets that will be needed which will impact the mix of pathways offered over the next few months, making sure that we continue to provide the right tech skills for the current labour market
- The wellbeing of our consultants is of paramount importance and we recently conducted a survey which shows that, in response to a series of questions, consultants globally are showing to be over 60% overall on the Wellbeing Index
Social media
We regularly post messages around opportunities and consultant experience and have recently just launched our new corporate video, Take a Step into Tech, which you can find on these channels:
And don’t forget that we are still regularly posting our Career Stories: https://www.fdmgroup.com/careers/graduates/ and on Twitter #careerstories.
