What are the roles?
Role 1: Application Development Graduate Scheme
Working with cutting edge technology you will create and develop applications for the whole business.
Projects could include:
– Trialling new technologies from major suppliers
– Building applications from scratch
– Replacing old systems with various technologies such as Angular
You will be trained on everything you need to know and your work will be used on a daily basis throughout the department!
Who is best suited:
– You don’t have to have studied computer science to apply, but there is a preference for those from a STEM degree background – you must be able to code in at least one language!
– They are looking for confident individuals who can take business challenges and think outside the box, solving problems with technical solutions

Role 2: Technical Infrastructure Graduate Scheme
You will focus on exploring how emerging technologies can shape the future of the business
– This team maintains and develops the entire IT infrastructure and use technologies from leading vendors like Dell EMC, Splunk, Palo Alto and Bloomberg
– You will be solving tech problems to keep the firm running smoothly
– There are fantastic travel opportunities, for example last year a grad took a secondment to New York.
– You will receive excellent support and training, including the IOC qualification
Who is best suited:
– You must be studying for an IT, computing or technology related degree
– For this scheme you must have a real interest in infrastructure, networks and technology
– Our client wants hands-on fixers who can get stuck in and find immediate solutions
– You must be a well-rounded individual who has a positive approach to new challenges and who enjoys the buzz of collaboration
