We are looking for a Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar graduate to join our growing team to help us expand quickly. You will work in a small, focussed engineering team alongside legal analysts, data scientists and AI experts to help scale and improve our litigation analytics offering.
About Solomonic
We are a legal tech pre-revenue start-up combining data science, machine learning and data visualisation to provide a web-based platform for users to see trends, identify risk and crucially, improve the quality of their legal decisions and predictions. Our primary users are law firms and litigation funders – we already have some well-known names using the platform including well-known names in the litigation field such as Herbest Smith Freehills, Stewarts and Holman Fenwick Willan.
Skills you may have or be interested in:
• Front end development (We use Angular and React)
• Backend development (We use NodeJS and NoSQL w/MongoDB)
• Cloud-based computing, including serverless (AWS) and containerised deployments (Docker)
• Object-oriented and/or Functional programming (We use TypeScript/JavaScript)
• AI, Machine Learning and/or NLP
You will be:
• Self-starting
• Engaged and keen to learn
• Ready to get stuck in – we’ve lots to do!
