You will be trained on everything you need to know, and your work will be used on a daily basis throughout the department!
Across the 2-year rotational programme:

– You will then move into the graduate training project, which is an opportunity to complete a live project and experience the full project lifecycle.
– You will then undergo placement in two or more Application Development teams to experience and get exposure to a huge variety of projects and technologies.
Who is best suited to the Application Development scheme?
You don’t need to have studied an IT-related degree, but you will need an interest in software development and knowledge of a programming language. Just as important though, you must bring strong communication skills and real commercial awareness.
Let’s forget about your degree for a moment, and instead, focus on you. Are you an inquisitive thinker with the imagination to see the world differently? Do you have the curiosity to explore new possibilities and the desire to create solutions that drive future development? Then they’d like to meet you. They are looking for individuals who can take business challenges and think outside the box, solving problems with technical solutions. Confidence is key as you will be dealing with key stakeholders in the business.
Role 2: Technical Infrastructure Graduate Scheme

– This team maintains and develops the entire IT infrastructure and uses technologies from leading vendors like Dell EMC, Splunk, Palo Alto and Bloomberg.
– It is a 2-year rotational programme. During this time, you will work in teams including data services and operations, information optimisation and integration, with time also spent on the Service Desk.
