Wanstor is an MSP, or Managed Service Provider. It provides IT services to customers via service agreements, which cover everything from software development, network and computing infrastructure, through to IT projects and Support services.

Our graduate streams give you the opportunity to work across a number of roles in three 6-month rotations.
You’ll get exposure to different technologies and customer requirements to help you discover what really interests and challenges you. Once you’ve found your calling you can bed in and hone your experience.
How to Apply
We know it takes time and preparation to complete applications
and interviews, so here’s a flavour of what to expect.
Application submission
You’ll need to write a cover letter and upload your CV. Explain what you like about the scheme, and why you’d be great in the role. Make certain to check your spelling and grammar carefully!
Telephone Interviews
These are 25 to 30 minutes with a member of our HR team. You’ll be asked about skills, role-specific experience, and who you are as a person. We get to know you, and how you might fit with Wanstor.
Assessment Centre
Get a feel for Wanstor and show us what you’re made of. You can take part in a group exercise related to your role, where we’ll be looking for how well you interact with and support others.
Leadership Interview
This is the final stage of the interview process, where you’ll meet with one of our senior leaders or Directors. It’s important to ask questions at this stage as well – you need to find out if we’re the right fit for you too.

Predicted or achieved 2:1, preferably in STEM degree (science, technology, engineering, maths)
