IBM Graduate Consulting Scheme have changed their recruitment process for their graduate consulting roles this year.
They are running their hiring process in a series of sprints this cycle enabling them to process the applications as quickly as possible. The roles will open for up to 1 week at a time but will close, until the next sprint, as soon as they hit processing capacity.
They strongly encourage all candidates to ‘register their interest’ on their website, against the role they are most interested in at www.ibm.com/uk-en/employment/consultingbydegrees.html and you will be notified as soon as your chosen role is live and available to apply to. The initial application is very short and straightforward and should take students no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
In order to deliver a better candidate, experience they are aiming for successful applicants to receive an offer within 6 weeks of submitting their application. To achieve this their Technology, Business, Strategic Analytics, Design roles will be opening periodically over the academic year, giving students up to 1 week to submit their initial application.
The first opening date will be Tuesday 1st October and the closing date will be Friday 4th October at the latest. However, we highly recommend students apply as soon as they can once it opens as the role will close as soon as we hit capacity.
Please be assured that our intention is for all of their roles to open more than once during the academic year. Students simply need to register their interest on their website to stay informed of all future opening dates.
