The person
PHP knowledge, IT Skill such as Web, MS Office etc
Experience in working with Magento or an understanding of Magento.
Understanding of cross-browser and desktop/mobile compatibility issues
Knowledge/Experience in building responsive web sites
Team player with a strong attention to detail.
