Software Works For You, develops software for Android, IOS and the web and are currently looking for a full time, 1st line (entry level) support person who wants to enter the software industry to join their fast-growing software development company in Tunbridge Wells.
Job Title
First Line Support for IOS, Android and Website Software Development Company / SaaS
Role
Your main focus will be supporting users, but you will also be working closely with developers and involved with testing. This means you will be exposed to all parts of Android, IOS design and web development. Within the role you will be expected to distil complex issues to provide clarity for both colleagues and customers. You will need to be well spoken with excellent English, strong maths / logical thinking and very well organised. The role is very hands on and you will need to be able to learn quickly.
