GREGORY MICALLEF ASSOCIATES (GMA) is a Microsoft Certified Partner. We are a family run business operating since 1992. We currently have 17 staff consisting of consultants, 1st / 2nd & 3rd line support engineers, admin and sales staff.
GMA have been rated as one of the country’s top 60 experts by Microsoft and provide consultancy, development, implementation and support services. Utilising Microsoft client / server & cloud technology as well as VOIP, we use the technologies to deliver cost effective infrastructure and operational solutions for our customers within both office and mobile business networked environments.
Whist their customer base is located mainly within the M25, they install and support systems nationally and internationally. They currently support customers in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Dubai and the US. Their customers span the financial, manufacturing, retail and technology sectors and range in size from a handful of users to several hundred.
As well as supporting clients’ systems on a day-to-day basis, GMA design, deliver and maintain infrastructure projects including installation and upgrades of systems as well as managing complex office moves.
They are now seeking a budding and enthusiastic 1st Line IT Support Technical Analyst to join their expanding high calibre Service Desk team.
