Kent’s Partnership Development Office works with a number of partner and sponsor schools in Kent and Medway, to deliver the University’s outreach programme. We run schemes for our undergraduate and postgraduate students which are designed to offer paid, meaningful classroom work placements, both to gain experience and as a gentle introduction into the world of teaching. Please see the attached Partner Schools’ Teaching Experience Scheme leaflet for further details at partner-schools-teaching-experience-scheme-final_web

Due to the growing popularity of the scheme, and our valuable links with partner schools, we are running a conference for Kent students, designed to introduce and explain the complex routes into teaching and also to answer queries around how Kent can help you gain placements in a school environment:
