We are a professional and well established company based in Hampshire in the south of England specialising in networking and security across EMEA and looking to expand our technical support team.

What they are looking for?
This is an opportunity for you to join a 1st line technical support team to help deliver our support services to our large client base across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). We are looking for enthusiastic individuals that are looking for a career and full support within a technical support role. You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline and/or entry level networking certification (CCNA, CompTIA N+).
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to talk to customers globally and at different levels. You will be well organised with good problem solving skills. You will have an interest in continuous learning in technical support and products with a view to becoming certified and maintain certification on security products through the in house training that’s provided and self-learning. You will be someone who enjoys working as part of a busy and lively team.
The Role
You will respond to client’s telephone and/or email problems and work on technical problems related to certified security products and escalate to 2nd line engineers as necessary. You will provide a high level of customer service to ensure clients receive the best service and problems are resolved quickly. You will update and maintain documentation in the CRM system and ensure all is logged accurately at all times. You will work to service level agreements and be part of a large team. In the labs, you will create client technical environments to recreate problems where appropriate. Full technical and product training is given with a clear development path for those passionate about progressing their career.

This position requires a work shift pattern to ensure the 24x 7 support cover, most shifts are office hours Monday to Friday 9 – 5.30 however there are a few weeks of night shifts and this is followed by a week off. You need to be someone that will work to accommodate the shifts and cover required.

Based on the nature of the work and the shift pattern, your own transport would definitely be a real advantage.

Additional Information
• Salary guide £22 – £24,000 per annum plus bonus plus full training support
• Own transport required
